Terms & Conditions

Based on the nature of this product (digital content with instant access), there is no refund policy.

1. Who we are. This site and product are operated by QISHEFY BEAUTY (JR0195706-P) ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
2. The product. "Soft Makeup Look 101 by Aqish" is digital content that includes a video tutorial, a step-by-step product list, a newbie cheatsheet and access to the Girls' Private Make Up Group (Telegram).
3. Price and payment. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. The promo prices (RM15 for the first 30 buyers and RM25 for the next 30) depend on availability, and the standard price is RM50. We may change prices for future purchases. Payment is made through online banking (FPX) via Billplz.
4. No refunds. Based on the nature of this product, there is no refund policy. Once payment is successful and access is granted, the payment is non-refundable. This includes a change of mind, results that differ from what you expected, or a product that does not suit your skin type. We will fix, or refund where we cannot fix, only these cases: (a) you were charged more than once for the same product, and (b) you paid but did not receive access because of our error. This clause does not affect your rights under applicable law.
5. Feedback pledge. Buyers at the RM15 and RM25 prices agree to post one before & after (photo or video) and a 2-line review in the group within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase. This is your commitment in return for the promo price. It does not affect your access to the product.
6. Access. Access is given immediately after successful payment, using the email address you provided at purchase. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the product is offered and our platforms operate. We may update the content from time to time.
7. Personal use. Access is for your personal use only. You may not share your account, copy, record, re-upload, resell or distribute any of the product content.
8. Girls' Private Make Up Group. Members must be respectful. Spam, selling, offensive content and sharing the group's content outside the group are not allowed. We may remove members who break these rules without a refund.
9. Glow-Up Challenge. Open to buyers. The first 10 qualifying before & after submissions (photo or video) within 14 days receive the prize: a free Qishefy Lipmatte, one upcoming paid video tutorial for free, and a short 1-on-1 session with Aqish. We decide who qualifies. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, and the 1-on-1 session is subject to scheduling. By submitting, you allow us to use your submission as a testimonial.
10. Affiliate links. We may earn a small commission when you buy through Shopee or TikTok Shop links in the product list, at no extra cost to you. The price, availability and quality of third-party products are the responsibility of the respective sellers.
11. Results disclaimer. The guidance is general. Makeup results vary by skin type, products and practice. It is not medical or dermatological advice. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, patch-test products before use.
12. Intellectual property. All videos, text, designs and materials in the product belong to us and Aqish and are protected by copyright.
13. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
15. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

Privacy Policy

QISHEFY BEAUTY (JR0195706-P) ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Data we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, as entered at purchase.
• Transaction details from Billplz: payment status, amount, date and bill ID.
• A record of your acceptance of our terms at purchase.
• Member area usage, for example access to the videos.
• Anything you share in the Girls' Private Make Up Group, including before & after photos or videos you submit.

We do not store your card or bank account details. Payments are processed by Billplz.

How we use your data

• To process payments and give you access to the product and the group.
• To send emails about your purchase and to provide support.
• To send updates, new products and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.
• To run the Glow-Up Challenge and deliver prizes.
• To improve our products and website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as Billplz (payments), Systeme.io (email and member area), Telegram (group) and our hosting providers. These parties have their own privacy policies.

Your photos and videos

Before & after photos or videos you submit are used as testimonials or promotional content only with the permission you give when you submit them.

External links and affiliates

Our site contains links to Shopee and TikTok Shop. When you click them, your data is handled under the policies of those platforms.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your data and keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent (for example, stop receiving marketing emails). Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Some data, such as transaction records, we may need to keep by law.

Children

This product is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please get a parent's or guardian's permission before buying.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
